STUDIO POLICY
PAYMENTS
Payments may be made by cash, e-transfer, or cheque (payable to Sion Hwang). All payments are due by the first lesson of each month.
For convenience, students may also provide post-dated cheques or pay for multiple months of lessons in advance.
ATTENDANCE & ABSENCE
Students are expected to arrive on time for each lesson with all required materials.
With the exception of medical emergencies or extreme weather conditions, a maximum of 2 make-up lessons per term (September–December / January–June) may be scheduled, for a total of 4 make-up lessons per school year.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a lesson. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in the lesson being charged, with no make-up provided.
Online lessons are available for students who are unable to attend in person.
